Sterling Art Services is open for business Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM, and Saturday from 11 AM to 2 PM. Please make an appointment so that we can ensure you have our undivided attention. Same-day appointments are often available, though Saturdays are limited. Because only one designer is available on that day, it’s best to schedule Saturday appointments in advance.

Pick up of completed work can be done any time without appointment upon notification that your order is completed. We do not have dedicated parking, although if street parking is not available on Norfolk it can usually be found on one of the streets bounding our block. If we are having inclement weather or you require assistance unloading, we will help you unload at our door before you park. Additionally, if delivery or installation is needed, we can help arrange those services.
